Carly started her career working for a Hardwood Distributor in Vancouver. She worked with Interior Designers and Architects on large residential projects in BC which gave her a better understanding of home construction. She then joined Mac Marketing Solutions and sold pre-sale homes in Vancouver, Richmond and South Surrey/White Rock. After two years in pre-sale she knew it was time to launch her own brand and team and joined Macdonald Realty Westmar in 2009.
Carly is the founder and director of Willey Investments, a company which owns multiple rental units in BC’s Northern Interior. She is also one of three directors of McClellan Properties, a company which owns commercial property. She recently won the 2017 BC Chapter Top Player Award with REIN (Real Estate Investment Network) for her continuous growth with investment properties.
When Carly is not working, she enjoys spending time with her two boys, Colten and Zach. They can be seen on the ice playing Hockey for the Semiahmoo Ravens, and at the ball diamond. Carly is passionate about helping the Aboriginal communities throughout BC and has volunteered for the Prince George Urban Aboriginal Justice Society where she mentored youth that are in conflict with the law. She also recently joined the volunteer group at Mackie’s place, which is a social house for teens in North Surrey.
Lisa is an entrepreneur at heart. At the age of 27, she took the plunge, invested all her savings and opened Habibi’s, a multiple, award-winning restaurant.. From her restaurant, demand for take-out outgrew restaurant sales and it became apparent that food manufacturing was the next step. Two years later, she opened an industrial kitchen and packaged many of her menu items and obtained distribution throughout BC. Many of her employees came from Covenant House (a half-way house for at risk youth), refugees and recent immigrants. Unfortunately, due to divorce, Lisa relinquished the business.
Her next step was to be self-employed again, but this time she had two little kids and had to find something that would give her flexibility to also be a mom. Real Estate was the clear answer. She started with Macdonald Realty Westmar in 2012 and won Rookie of the Year. She quickly realized, that being a single-mom and working in real estate required backup and support. The stars were aligned, as Carly felt the same way, and the two of them formed a partnership in 2014 and have never looked back.
Lisa is also the founder and director of FlyRight Holdings Co. which owns multiple rental units in Northern BC, Vancouver and elsewhere in the lower mainland. Her educational background in accounting has given her a strong platform for all of her business successes.
When Lisa is not working in real estate, she and her kids love doing renovations together or travelling off the beaten path. She has chased adventures in such places as Sri Lanka, India and Nepal. South America is next on the list. Lisa is also a foodie, an avid reader and loves being outdoors, hiking, snowshoeing and road biking.
Lisa’s career in Real Estate began in 2013, shortly after graduating from Trinity Western University with a B.A. in Psychology and Business. She has owned both residential homes and investment properties in the Fraser Valley, and has experience in buy-and-hold real estate investing, pre-sale contracts, and flipping for profit.
Lisa has decided to kick start her career into full-time now that her youngest of three boys has started elementary school. She enjoys being involved with her sons’ many activities, from hockey and tennis to the theatre and piano. When not focused on her children and her clients, Lisa likes to spend her free time on the ice, having spent many years in her teens as a competitive figure skater.
Lisa also has a passion for supporting local non-profit groups that raise awareness and support for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the Surrey School District and other charitable causes that are spearheaded by her church.

I started my Homestaging and Interior Decorating business 8 years ago and have loved every minute of the journey. The creative part of homestaging is the exciting part of my job, however I am finding more and more people are opting to “stage” their new home for living. Why not love where you live!
